Cross Wenzhou Bridge or Dongou Bridge to Beibaixiang. Take the Beibaixiang exit and walk towards Tangxia. If you want to climb the mountain, park your car in Xiachi Village; if you want to drive to the top of the mountain, you have to pass through Che'ao Village, which is about an hour's drive from the city.
