The Yunnan Tengchong Memorial Cemetery is China's largest and most complete memorial cemetery for the fallen soldiers on the frontal battlefield during the Anti-Japanese War. It was built to commemorate the fallen soldiers in the battle to conquer Tengchong by the 20th Group Army of the Chinese Expeditionary Force during the Anti-Japanese War. Pines, cypresses, chestnuts and bamboos are widely planted in the cemetery, creating a quiet and solemn scene. The Memorial Cemetery is located on Baofeng Road, Tengyue Town, northwest of Tengchong County, covering an area of ​​53,300 square meters. The cemetery is laid out symmetrically along the central axis. Xiaotuanpo in the southwest corner is the highest point in the park. There are the cemetery gate, corridor, commemorative sculptures, Martyrs' Shrine, Japanese Tomb, Martyrs' Tombs, Martyrs' Memorial Tower and other buildings. In front of the main building, the Martyrs' Shrine, there are Chiang Kai-shek's inscriptions and several stone tablets, and there is an exhibition hall inside the shrine. On the right side of the gate is the "Western Yunnan Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall", with two exhibition halls, displaying more than 100 objects and 274 documentary photos reflecting the Tengchong Anti-Japanese War.
