The museum covers an area of ​​40,000 square meters. m, the general theme of the exhibition is "Liangzhu Culture Demonstrates Five Thousand Years of Chinese Civilization", highlighting the status of Liangzhu Civilization among similar or contemporaneous civilizations in China and the world.

The Liangzhu Museum has an exhibition area of ​​more than 4,000 square meters, including a front hall - looking at Liangzhu from Hangzhou, the first exhibition hall - discovering and seeking truth, the second exhibition hall - Liangzhu Ancient Country, the third exhibition hall - Liangzhu Civilization, and a tail hall - Liangzhu.
