Zhengding Tianning Temple is famous for its Lingxiao Pagoda, which is also the only surviving building in the entire ancient temple. Tianning Temple was once the first of the four major temples in the city, and was known as a great temple in the state. Although it has gone through great changes, the Lingxiao Tower has not collapsed and is still standing in the sky. The entire pagoda is both majestic in appearance and light and tall. The architectural style and unique structural form of the Jin Dynasty are extremely rare among ancient Chinese pagodas. Its status in the history of ancient Chinese architecture is self-evident. With the renovation of the ancient pagoda in the 1980s, its surrounding environment has become more elegant and has become a good place for locals to relax.

Tianning Temple is located at the intersection of Zhongshan East Road and Zhenzhou South Street. There is only one Lingxiao Tower left. This tower has nine octagonal levels, pavilion style, 40.98 meters high, and can be climbed by people. Set against the Lingxiao Tower, there are several pavilions, lakes, green trees, and stone lions, making the entire scenic spot particularly beautiful.
