Introduction to the Sun Zhongde Memorial Hall: The Sun Zhongde Memorial Hall is located on the East Street of Sanhe Town. It was renovated from the Senyuan Sauce Shop where Sun Zhongde worked in his youth. The building is a two-story attic. The first floor is an exhibition hall of Sun Zhongde’s life and deeds, and the second floor is for Sanhe folk artists. Mr. Hu Yimin’s paper-cut art exhibition.
Sun Zhongde's original name was Sun Jiaji, and his pseudonym was Yu Kaizhang. He was born in Dongwanghan, Sanhe Town, Hefei County. He was a former senior general of the New Fourth Army, the first person to liberate Hefei, and a former member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Committee and deputy governor. In 1920, he was admitted to the Suiying School in Baoding, Hebei Province, and later served as a junior officer in the old army. During this period, he witnessed warlords fighting and was deeply worried about the future of the country. He resolutely left the old army and returned to his hometown; in the autumn of 1930, Sun Zhongde came to Sen. He worked as an apprentice at Yuanjiangfang. During this period, he participated in the revolution under the guidance of his cousin Yan Wendou.
