Introduction to the main hall: The main hall is the center of Tianhou Temple in Nansha. It houses a seated statue of Tianhou in official uniform carved with camphor wood and gilded with gold. The most precious thing is that the main hall also enshrines a soft-bodied statue of the Queen from the Meizhou Ancestral Temple, the Queen’s hometown. The entire palace is majestic and solemn. Being in the palace makes people stand in awe of the Queen of Heaven.
