Introduction to Gulong Temple: Gulong Temple is located at the south end of the main street of the ancient town, facing west to east. It is the earliest temple built in Huanglongxi Town. The mountain gate is directly opposite the temple. The main hall of the temple is dedicated to Patriarch Huanglong, and the Thousand Buddhas Iron Pagoda stands on one side in front of the temple. There is a stage above the main entrance, named Wannian Stage, which is the only remaining one of the nine stages in Huanglong River. The 300-square-meter courtyard in front of the stage has become the end square of the main street. It used to be a place for gatherings, trading, and theater viewing. The temple organically combines the "three ancients" of ancient temples, ancient stages and ancient banyan trees, which complement each other and become a major feature, making it the first among all temples.
