Scenic spot introduction:
Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park has been rated as "one of the 50 most worth visiting scenic spots in Zhejiang Province" and "the best ecological leisure tourism destination in China". The park is located in the southeast of Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. The scenic area is intertwined with harbors, reeds, clear lakes, wild birds, and aquatic animals and plants. It maintains the natural, primitive and wild Jiangnan water town style. It is also the site for the ex-situ protection of crested ibises. It is also the Zhejiang population reconstruction base. Xiazhu Lake, known as Fangfeng Lake in ancient times, has a central lake area of 1,890 acres, which is slightly smaller than West Lake. It is one of the birthplaces of Liangzhu culture. There are about 600 islands, sandstones and mounds in Xiazhu Lake, with different shapes, all over the lake. Two hundred years ago, the playwright Hong Sheng wrote a poem: "The earth is cracking in Fangfeng Country, the sky is opening under Lake Zhu, three mountains are floating on water, and thousands of harbors are lined with wild reeds."Attractions distribution:

1. There are Jiangnan silk and bamboo performances on Zhulou Island on weekends and holidays. A lobster fishing project is also launched from June to September to meet the needs of tourists of different levels.
2. The China (Xiazhu Lake) Wetland Survival Off-Road Challenge is approved by the National Wetland Conservation and Management Center, the Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Department, and the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Federation, and is held every September in the Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park in Deqing National sports events held.

How to get there:
1. If you are driving in the direction of Hangzhou, you can take the comprehensive elevated highway to Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, exit at the Qiushan Exit of Deqing in the direction of Qianyuan and Xinshi, and then take Provincial Highway 09 to Xiazhu Lake in Deqing. The whole journey takes about half an hour.
2. There are buses from Hangzhou North Bus Station to Wukang Town, the county seat of Deqing County, every fifteen minutes. After arriving in Wukang, take the urban and rural bus Wukang at the entrance of the Passenger Transport Center → Sanhe and get off at Xiazhu Lake Scenic Area.

Ticket price for Xiazhu Lake:
Tickets for Xiazhu Lake Wetland Park: 80 yuan, including boat tickets. Children's tickets: half price for children between 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters tall. Senior ticket: 50% off for senior citizens with their senior citizen ID card.
