The center was completed in January 1999 at a cost of 680 million riyals and covers an area of ​​300,000 square meters. It integrates culture, history and art. It is composed of the National Museum, King Abdulaziz Historical Research Center, It consists of six parts: the Sifang Palace, King Abdulaziz Mosque, King Abdulaziz Private Library, and Public Leisure Square.
