Legend has it that only believers who have enlightened to the path of bliss can pass through the bridge. The two bridges have a total of 18 steps. The Lotus Bridge is located at the lower part and has a total of 10 steps. The Qibao Bridge is located at the upper part and has a total of 8 steps. Compared with Qingyun Bridge and Baiyun Bridge, these two bridges are smaller in scale, but their architectural styles are very similar. Each step of the Lotus Bridge is inlaid with lotus petals, which have become blurred or worn over the years.
