Introduction to the Akhal Tejin Horse Farm: The Akhal Tejin Horse is known as the "Tianma" and the "Dawan Horse". It is said that the "blood-earned horse" in the history books is derived from the Akhal Tekin horse. The stud farm is located in the southwest suburbs of Ashgabat. It was founded in 1922 and was formerly known as the Caspian Stables. In 1992, it was renamed President Niyazov Stud. When President Niyazov visited China, he gave President Jiang Zemin an Akhal Tekin horse named "Akhdash" (meaning "White Stone"), which is still domesticated here.
