Introduction to the Neutral Gate: is one of the main attractions in Ashgabat. It is located in the Neutral Square. The main building is 75 meters high and has an elevator leading to the observation deck and cafe. The three supporting feet represent the three indivisible foundations of the new Turkmenistan: neutrality, independence and national unity. The 12-meter-high golden statue of President Niyazov at the top rotates in the direction of the sun.
