Introduction to Ashoka`s Pillar:Ashoka`s Pillar is the most valuable archaeological discovery in Sarnath. It was built in the 3rd century BC. It was built by King Ashoka of the Mauryan Dynasty in India to commemorate the first turn of the Buddha. It was built for Falun. The entire column is 15 meters high. On it are four majestic lions, which are divided into the southeast and northwest. The middle part is a circular base with elephants, horses, oxen and lions carved on all sides. There is also a 24-spoke Dharma wheel in the middle, and a lotus at the bottom. . The stone pillars are carved from gray marble, which is smooth and lifelike. Its bottom is about 2 meters long and is still in its original location, while the main part is currently preserved in the Sarnath Archaeological Museum.
