Introduction to Wengcheng: Wengcheng sanitation is built outside the four gates of Shanhaiguan City. Built in the Ming Dynasty. The three urn cities in the west, south and north were all destroyed in the 1950s. Now only the East Wengcheng is relatively intact.
The plan of Dongweng City is trapezoidal, covering an area of 0.7 hectares and a circumference of 317 meters. The wall is 12 meters high and has different thicknesses. The east wall is 14-15 meters thick, and the south and north walls are 11-14 meters thick. There is an urn city gate at the west end of the south wall with a screen wall outside the door.
