Introduction to Xinglong Temple: It is said that Xinglong Temple was built by Liu Xiu, the founding emperor of the Eastern Han Dynasty. It has a history of more than 1980 years and was burned down by the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in 1853. Four tall stone tablets were discovered at the original site of the temple. One of them is more than 1 meter high and has a realistic image of a double-coiled dragon carved on the cap. The three characters "Xinglong Temple" are written between the two dragons, and the words "Xinglong Temple" are written between the two dragons. The four seal characters "Fenger edict" means "obeying the emperor's order", which shows the high status of Xinglong Temple at that time.
