The exhibition is divided into three exhibition halls: the Stone Age, the Bronze to the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and the Sui and Tang Dynasties to the Qingming Dynasty. Through a large number of historical relics unearthed in Dalian, combined with auxiliary means, it reflects the historical development of Dalian since ancient times.
