1. Generally, you can go to Poyang Lake for bird watching from Nanchang. You can take a speedboat to Poyang Lake for bird watching in the Wucheng Town area of Yongxiu. There is a migratory bird sanctuary there. You can get there in two hours, and the ticket is 30 yuan. You can see cygnets, wild geese, storks, wild ducks, etc. near the sand lake. After watching the birds, you can take the speedboat back to Nanchang at 2:30 pm.
