Scenic spot introduction:

The ancient floating bridge on the East River in Ganzhou is the Chunmen Floating Bridge. It is the oldest Song Dynasty bridge still in use in Ganzhou. This pontoon bridge can be called a major symbol of Ganzhou. It has been bustling with pedestrians for 800 years, connecting both sides of the Gongjiang River, forming a unique cultural landscape of Ganzhou, a famous historical and cultural city.

Attractions distribution:

The ancient pontoon bridge is located in front of the Jianchun Gate Tower and is about 400 meters long. The bridge deck is mostly made of wooden boards, and some are built with steel plates behind it. There are wooden hull supports below and cable connections. When water transport is busy, it will be opened once a day in the morning and afternoon to facilitate the passage of ships.

How to get there:

Bus route: From the bus station or Qingnian Road, Dongmen Market, etc., take No. 7 or K3 and get off at Jianchunmen.

Self-driving route: Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway, leave from the Ganzhou West/Ganzhou Development Zone exit; just drive along Yingbin Avenue → Wenming Avenue → Ganjiang Road/Zhongshan Road.
