There is a 30-minute bus service from Miyanoura Port to the entrance of Shiratani Unsui Gorge. If you plan to visit Baigu Yunshui Gorge for a half-day, you can choose to visit in the afternoon on the day of arrival. The bus return time is at 16:10 at the latest, and tourists who do not plan to camp on the mountain must leave before then.
2. Jomonsugi travel guide: Starting from Anbo Port, you need to take a 50-minute bus to the Arakawa trailhead, and then walk for 4-5 hours to reach Jomonsugi. The round trip takes about ten hours. Tips: Kagoshima Main Port South Pier has several passenger ships to Yakushima every day. If you have not booked tickets in advance, you can arrive at the port window one hour in advance to buy tickets. Yakushima has two ports, Miyanouraku and Anbo. The earliest ship departure from Kagoshima to Miyanoura is 7:30 and the latest ship is 13:10. The earliest ship to Anfang is 10:20 and the latest ship is 15:50.
