I had also been working for more than half a year, and I also needed a ritual to reward myself, otherwise I would be really nervous. Tired.

 

I have asked myself why I decided to follow team building. After all, there is really a lot of freedom and inconvenience. I set off directly the next day after the training. I went to the office at noon to do the form transfer and some follow-up work. Because the ST students had to temporarily suspend classes for the trip, the school asked for leave from Tuesday's classes. I also had to find someone else to take the final written examination, and I took it all by myself. The first training session was really exhausting and I just wanted to sleep... But even though there were so many things going on, I decided to go because I really had never experienced team building in a company. In the blink of an eye, I have been working in the company on and off for 3 years. Although I really don’t participate or agree with many things, I have developed a relationship to some extent. I worked as a teaching assistant intermittently during my freshman and sophomore years and then full-time in my junior year. I understand the company better and better. The deeper the bond, the deeper the bond. I feel that I am not suitable to be a teacher this year, but I still insist on finishing the last shift and want to experience the feeling of team building in the company. Originally, I was very tired when I went on a trip directly after the training camp. I still had a late flight that day and didn’t go to bed until early in the morning. The three hours of skiing in Yabuli on the second day was the happiest moment of the three days for me! It started snowing as soon as I arrived in Yabuli. To be honest, I wasn’t that happy. I sat on the high-speed train all morning and I didn’t feel happy at all. But the moment I got off the train and arrived at Yabuli Ski Resort, snowflakes were falling all over the sky, and I felt like It's all worth it. It feels like I haven't seen such spectacular snow all over the sky for a long time. Even though the words are flying outside the window at the moment, I feel inexplicably happy and want to roll in the snow all over the sky. Although I know how to ski, I still fell down without any surprise. When I was going downhill, I collided with someone who was practicing S-shaped skiing. I didn’t plan well and they turned the corner and collided with each other. However, it didn’t hurt at all. It didn’t hurt me at all. It feels like, if you hit it, just keep going, what else can you do? This year I began to realize that I really seem to be the kind of courageous person. After I overturned at 72 turns while riding a bicycle, I was still rushing downhill in my 30s. I didn’t dare to go downhill because I had fallen. I didn’t feel anything at the time. I felt very tired just thinking about it. I arranged for the teaching assistant to deliver apples to the students. I originally thought about going out for a walk, but my old classmates from Harbin suddenly contacted me and asked if we could make an appointment together. My first reaction was that I was very surprised. After all, I thought they were all taking the postgraduate entrance examination. I haven’t contacted anyone, but the circle of friends allowed me, a friend who has not taken the postgraduate entrance examination, to contact me directly. We haven’t seen each other for three years. It seems that we haven’t seen each other since we went to college, but the sudden contact still feels like a close relationship. Sure enough, the emotions of youth always become more and more precious because of the fermentation of time. It happened to be the third day of the trip. I didn’t want to leave with the large group, so I went to discuss with my boss about leaving first. I agreed to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station for 50 yuan. At that moment, my happiness was more important than anything else. The two of us met, chatted about work, visited the provincial expo that disappointed me, ate flavored shrimps together, ran to Qiulin Headquarters to buy red sausages, and then walked around the square in order to find a courier to mail them home. We went to the Ice and Snow World and took embarrassing photos together. On the last day in Harbin, I finally felt like traveling. In fact, the reason why I went to Harbin with the group building was because I wanted to stay two more days to see elk in Mohe. It is an animal that I loved when I was young. I have loved it for many years. I finally had the opportunity to get close to it. I can’t tell you how much I love it now. , but I just want to realize my obsession a few years ago. But it is difficult to arrange a group tour if there are only two days. There is no way to travel freely there, and there is also the epidemic. In fact, I have decided to go back early to arrange work, and come back when I have time. After all, there are still things I have not completed in Harbin. But when my boss sternly told me that if I didn’t go back with the army, my air ticket would not be reimbursed, I still felt a little uncomfortable. In fact, I understand my boss's position and considerations. If I were in that position, I would make the same decision. However, I am a person who is used to freedom and don't like this feeling of being restricted. There is no way, this is the price of traveling in a group. You can never do whatever you want. Along the way, I heard the voices of many colleagues about team building trips, some were happy and some were unhappy, and I felt the same in my heart, but I no longer want to comment on the purpose of company team building and some of the shortcomings in the process. After all, there is no perfect matter. But I really think about what team building means to the company, and what kind of effect is a better effect? If I, as a manager, organize team building myself, how can I maximize the effect? Anyway, no matter what, the most important thing is to think clearly about the purpose of organizing team building as a manager. Only by thinking clearly about the purpose can we equip the appropriate form to match and achieve the purpose of team building.

 

But at the same time, as an employee, I really don’t want to participate in team building, unless of course there are handsome guys in the company who I want to get close to, hahaha. In fact, I know in my heart that the advantage of participating in team building in a large company is that you can get to know people from different departments, and colleagues can collaborate to increase work efficiency. However, if you are in a small company, you really should not engage in these forms. A vacation is better than anything else. The most important point is that team building cannot replace substantial monetary rewards. Employees’ sense of gain is really completely different!
