Introduction from the Prime Minister's Office: LEPALAISDUPREMIERMINISTRE is located on another mountain ridge only a few hundred meters away from the Queen's Palace. It was built in 1872. The building was also designed by a French architect. It has a masonry structure, is powerful and stable, and has an extraordinary bearing. The large conical glass dome in the middle, plus the metal spiers of the four towers, shine under the sunlight. The current Prime Minister's Office has been converted into the Malaysian History Museum. The preserved historical materials and cultural relics mainly reflect the history from the ancient Kingdom of Imelina to the colonial era.
