Introduction to Bai Clam River: Bai Clam River is located on the west side of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. The water quality of the river is clear, the bottom of the river is flat, hard and full of grass. It is famous for its rich production of white clams. Baijiang River almost gathers the essence of fish and shrimp delicacies in the Jiangnan water towns, such as "Three Whites" and "Three Treasures". The "three whites" refer to white clams, white fish and whitebait; the "three delicacies" refer to crabs, bass and eels. Whenever the afterglow fills the Baijiang River, the fishermen will sing a cappella with unrestrained enthusiasm; or they will go ashore to dry their nets and drink wine to cheer up, forming a famous scene in Zhouzhuang called "Fishermen Singing on the Clam River"
