Introduction to Shuxiang Temple: Shuxiang Temple is located to the west of Putuo Zongcheng Temple and at the north foot of Shizigou. It is one of the five famous Zen places in Mount Wutai and is a national key cultural relic protection unit. Shuxiang Temple is a typical Han-style temple. There is a statue of Manjusri riding on Yi Suan inside the temple. It is 9.87 meters high and is the tallest painted statue of Manjusri among the temples in Taihuai Town, Wutai Mountain. The spring in front of the temple is Prajna Spring. "Prajna" is Sanskrit, which means "wisdom". It is said that drinking this spring water can increase wisdom and eliminate ignorance. Known as the laurel of famous springs in my country, its spring water is also known as "Wutai Holy Water". Long-term drinking has the effect of improving health, improving intelligence and prolonging life.
