Introduction to Qixian Temple: Qixian Temple, also known as Guanyin Cave, is located at the entrance of Qixian Valley on the north side of Nanshan Temple, about 5 kilometers away from Taihuai Town. The temple is built on a cliff. The main hall is dedicated to Guanyin with eight arms and eleven faces. Guanyin's face is painted in white, red, green, blue and other colors to represent various changes in the Dharma. Legend has it that the 6th Dalai Lama and the 13th Dalai Lama once meditated in the temple. Therefore, Guanyin Cave is a must-visit place for Tibetan Buddhists heading to Mount Wutai.
