Introduction to Feishuitan: Feishuitan in Dinghu Mountain. Feishuitan is located on the east side of the southern half of Dinghu Mountain and under the Qingyun Ancient Temple. It is also known as Longtan Waterfall. It can be reached by climbing up steps from Rongrui Stele Pavilion. The waterfall is more than 40 meters high. It rushes wildly from the depths of the cliff top, flying straight down, suddenly forming a thousand-foot flying stream, like white water hanging in the air, and suddenly splashing into the sky full of raindrops, like a dancing veil.
The water of the waterfall merges into a pool of blue water with a huge boulder in it, with the word "Pillow" engraved on it. After the Revolution of 1911, Dr. Sun Yat-sen and his wife Soong Ching Ling visited Dinghu Mountain and swam here. It was found on the cliff that there were engraved on the cliff the six characters "Sun Yat-sen Swimming Place" written by Soong Ching Ling. The water in the pool pours down from here, and then forms another deep pool, which is said to be the Zhelong Cave, hence the name: Bathing Dragon Pond. There is a waterfall viewing pavilion built between the cliffs on the side of Feishuitan, and there are many stone carvings on the cliffs.
