Introduction to Pingjiang Historical Street: Pingjiang Road is a historical old street in Suzhou and a small road along the river. The river is called Pingjiang River. In the "Pingjiang Map" of the Song Dynasty, the oldest city map of Suzhou, there is Pingjiang Road, which was the main road in the eastern half of Suzhou at that time. Over the past 800 years, Pingjiang Road has still retained its parallel pattern, texture and length of rivers and roads at its original location. In particular, many water alleys have been well preserved on the east side. It is the most original ancient district in Suzhou's ancient city today that has the most original flavor of a water city.
