Introduction to the Hexi Terrace: is a typical shape of a local stage in Hunan. The single-eaves resting hill in the front is combined with the three-bay single-story bow-shaped hard hill in the rear. It has a green tile roof, an empty flower-glazed ridge, a bow-shaped volcanic wall, and an overhanging eaves. The shed is in the shape of a convex plane, open at the front and back, and can be climbed up the stone steps. There are two characters "Fu" and "Shou" on the left and right walls of the stage respectively, each 1.3 meters high. There is a double-sided screen in Taichung. One side shows the floor plan of the restored Yuexi Academy, and the other side records poems written by Zhu Xi, Zhang, Wang Shouren, and Mao Zedong.
