Introduction to Cai E's Tomb: Cai E (1882--1916) was originally named Gen Yin and given the courtesy name Songpo. He was a native of Shaoyang, Hunan. He responded to the Revolution of 1911 and launched a war to protect the country against Yuan Shikai's Hongxian monarchy. He was an outstanding military leader in the early years of the Republic of China. The tomb of Cai E is located under the tomb of Huang Xing, next to the White Crane Spring, surrounded by pines and cypresses, and is very quiet and quiet.
