Introduction to Yanming Lake: Jilin Dunhua Yanming Lake Reserve was established in 1991 and was promoted to a national nature reserve in April 2007. The core area of the reserve covers an area of 19,649 hectares. According to the distribution characteristics of flooded areas and differences in wetland vegetation, the core area is divided into two parts - the Sihaidian core area, which mainly protects forest swamps and flooded areas; and the core area of Yanming Lake, which mainly protects rafts. swamp. The buffer zone is mostly natural forest and a small amount of wetland vegetation.
