Introduction to Harni: Hami National Nature Reserve was established in 1991, with a natural wetland area of 12,218.2 hectares, accounting for 55.0% of the total area. The reserve belongs to the natural ecosystem category, inland wetland and water ecosystem type nature reserves. The main objects of protection are the wetland ecosystem dominated by Harbin peat swamps and the water source conservation area in the upper reaches of Harbin River.
