The Liu-Feng Former Residence is the former residence of two national heroes in the late Qing Dynasty, Liu Yongfu and Feng Zicai. Both residences are typical southern mansion architectural complexes of the Qing Dynasty, with simple and elegant artistic features. They are listed as one of the 100 patriotic education bases for primary and secondary schools in the country.

The former residence of Liu Feng is located in the urban area of Qinzhou. Generals Feng Zicai and Liu Yongfu were famous patriotic generals who fought against the French invasion in the late Qing Dynasty. Both of them used Qinzhou as a rear base for resisting the French and defending the country. In their later years, they settled in Qinzhou for a long time. Former Residence of Feng Zicai and Former Residence of Liu Yongfu "Sanxuan Hall" is the former residence of the two generals, which has a long history and splendid culture.
