Introduction to Banteay Kdei: Banteay Kdei is located opposite the Royal Bath (Sra Srang) and next to Ta Prohm Temple. Built at the end of the 12th century by Jayavarman VII (1181-1215), it was a place where the king and queen took a rest after swimming. It shows an exquisiteness and sophistication that is different from the grandeur of Angkor Wat. .
