Introduction to Jie Pailou: Yaowan has been a rural fair at the junction of Xiapi and Haizhou since the Han Dynasty. There is a boundary street in the center of the town. There is a crossing building in the middle of the street. There is a boundary stone downstairs with "Pisu Junction" engraved on it. The east side of the street is under the jurisdiction of Suqian, and the west side of the street is under the jurisdiction of Pizhou.
