Introduction to the Sword Casting Pool: Xunye Spring, the main spring at the west end of Laolong Bay, gushes out of the ground and first forms an oval pool of about 700 square meters, called the "Sword Casting Pool". Legend has it that Ou Yezi, a metallurgist in the Spring and Autumn Period, forged swords here. It is named after quenching. The spring is covered with rugged and strange rocks. Two stone dragon heads protrude from the strange rocks. The stone dragons spit out saliva like falling beads. Visitors stand next to the stone faucet and listen to the sound of pines and bamboos, and the sound of springs. The rings seem to be floating on top of Penglai. On the rock wall on the southwest side of the pool, there are three big Chinese characters of "Casting Sword Pool" written by Xue Li and the quatrain "Tian Ding protects the Yin Yang Sword, and the ghost ax cuts through the Chaos Pool". There are several words in the postscript: "For the people of Haifushan (named Feng Weimin, people of Haifushan), they are also inscribed on the snow coop fisher, Wushen year, wheat month and day." (The stone carving is now incomplete, this is based on rubbings.) The south side of the stone carving , a stone monument erected in 1991, with three large cursive characters "Zhujianchi" engraved on the front, written by Wu Zhongqi.
