Introduction to Su Gong Temple: The stone couplets on the gate of Yifeng Su Gong Temple are engraved with the words "Meishan blooms with leaves and merges with water to form tributaries." Interpreting the meaning of this couplet, the people of the Su family and Su Dongpo are related by blood. Meishan refers to Meishan County (now Meishan City) in Sichuan Province where Su Dongpo lived. Heshui refers to the old place name of Yihe Town where Sujiawei is located, and was called Heshui at that time.
