Introduction to Guizhai: When Lin Zexu built the ancestral hall of Li Gang, he built three rafters and planted two osmanthus trees. He named it "Guizhai" after Li Gang's residence in Fuzhou in his later years. In the 31st year of Guangxu's reign (1905), it was renamed "Lin Wenzhonggong's Reading Place". Later, a room and a no-smoking pavilion were built next to the studio. The seal script stone inscription "Lin Zexu's Reading Place" was embedded in the wall. In 1985, in order to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Lin Zexu's birth, Guizhai was rebuilt and the study room was moved to the back of Zhai.
