Introduction to March Changzhai and Zhusheng Noble and Lowly Division: "March" refers to the first month, July and October. "Long fast" means to think carefully and practice with a pure heart. Advise people to plant fields of blessing as soon as possible to avoid being humble and lowly in the next life.
