Introduction to the Xiannong Altar: Located on the south side of the Divine Kitchen Courtyard, it is square in shape, about 1.5 meters high, and made of stone clad bricks, with 8 steps on each side. Every year in mid-spring or late spring, the emperor would come here in person or send officials to pay homage to the ancestors.
