Hyde Park (Triathlon) Introduction: Hyde Park is the largest royal park in London. It is home to many folk sports clubs in London, including the Long River Swimming Club.
During the 2012 London Olympics, Hyde Park's abundant waters will be used to host triathlon and open water competitions. Throughout the summer of 2012, there will also be many concerts, open-air movie screenings, and various cultural festivals here. . After the Olympics, all temporary grandstand facilities in the park will be demolished.
