Introduction to Maiori: Maiori is a town on the Amalfi Coast. The small town has been a popular tourist destination since ancient Roman times and has the longest beach on the Amalfi Coast. In the mid-20th century, Roberto Rossellini shot several of his films here, and now a film festival is held here every November to award the "Roberto Rossellini International Award."
