Chaohu Lake Introduction: One of the five largest freshwater lakes in my country, it is located in the central part of Anhui Province. It is 54.5 kilometers long from east to west and 21 kilometers wide from north to south. It has a water area of about 750 square kilometers and is known as the Eight Hundred Mile Chaohu Lake.
