Introduction to Longshan: Longshan is surrounded by sharp peaks on all sides in the north and a long river in the west. The mountains are thick and winding, majestic and like a swimming dragon leaning over a deep pool, hence the name "Longshan". Legend has it that there is a large cave under the deep pool in front of the mountain, leading to the "Dragon Palace". Every night, the river mist condenses on the cliff wall. When you look at it the next morning, the rocks look like rain, which is called "Longshan Night Rain". It is one of the four sceneries of Taihu Lake. One of them, it has attracted many literati to visit.
Wang Shouren, a famous poet of the Ming Dynasty, observed the beautiful scenery and wrote the famous sentence "I want to whip the dragon to rise, and the rain will spread all over the nine continents." Officials of all dynasties regarded Longshan as the totem of Taihu Lake. There are many pavilions and pavilions such as "Lanxiu Pavilion", "Guanfeng Pavilion", "Longshan Palace", "Zhiguo Temple", "Guanyin Pavilion", etc. Nowadays, things have changed, and the ancient buildings in Longshan have experienced Qiu Xuan. , now only the "Guanyin Pavilion" remains.
