Introduction to Shangyi Hall: An official temple of the Xu family, built during the Zhengtong period of the Ming Dynasty, it has a history of more than 500 years. Xu Chengxuan and Xu Chengjia, fellow Hanlin Hanlins in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, and Xu Chengyao, the last Hanlin Hanlin in the Guangxu period, were all descendants of Shangyitang.
