Anning Town Introduction: Hot Spring Town is located in the north of Anning City. It is named after the natural hot springs in the territory. It is 8 kilometers away from Anning City and 40 kilometers away from Kunming City. It is located between 102°29′ east longitude and 24°56′ north latitude. It is adjacent to Lianran Town in the southeast, Caopu Town in the west, Qinglong Town and Tuanjie Town in Xishan District in the north, with an area of 99.46 square kilometers (Anning Civil Affairs Bureau announced on July 24, 2008 data). The highest altitude is 2,538 meters and the lowest altitude is 1,820 meters. The annual average temperature is 13.6℃. The main mountain ranges include Longshan, Bijia Mountain, Jiuzimu Mountain, etc. The main rivers include Mantis River, Dianzhong River and Qingkou River.
