Introduction to the Immortal Family: "The Immortal Family" is located on Jiuling Cliff on the north side of Baiyan Temple. The building was first built in the Yuan Dynasty and later destroyed. The current building was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It is the common name of an ancient building. Pilgrims pray here and call it "the first home of the gods". It is said that Xu Xuanling, one of the three capitals of Fujian and Qing Dynasty, and his family practiced cultivation here, and they ascended to immortality during the day. Xu Xuanling, also known as Jingyang, came to the foot of Baiyan Luling cliff to practice cultivation and study the green cave to eliminate floods and droughts. He lay down on a turtle to listen to the sutras, cultivated the truth and refined mercury, and the whole family passed away. Later generations built a room to worship it and built a dream praying room. Liu Huanguang, a Jinshi from Qingyi, wrote an article describing the event, and the wall inscription "The first house in Minshan" is still there. Later generations built a temple there and named it "A Family of Immortals".
