Introduction to Pule Temple: Commonly known as the Round Pavilion, it is located on the east bank of the Wulie River in the east of Chengde City, facing the Wulie River and leaning against Chui Peak. Built in the 31st year of Qianlong (1766), the temple gate faces west. Due to the increasingly close relationship between the ethnic groups in the northwest and the Qing government at that time, the Kazakhs living near Balkhash and the Bruts living north of Congling continued to send representatives to perform Hajj, so the temple was built. Facing the summer resort, the temple looks like stars over the moon, symbolizing the unity of a multi-ethnic country. The mountain gate of Pule Temple is on the top of a mountain with a single eaves. There are bell and drum towers, Tianwang Hall, Zongyin Hall and other buildings inside the gate.
