Introduction to the Golden Buddha Temple: The Golden Buddha Temple (Wat Traimit) is located on the southwest side of Bangkok Main Railway Station. The temple houses a 3-meter-high Buddha statue that is said to be handed down from the Sukhothai era and weighs five and a half tons of gold. It is a work of art from the Sukhothai era in Thailand and a priceless treasure of Thailand and Buddhism. It is one of Thailand's three national treasures along with the Emerald Buddha and the Reclining Buddha.
