Introduction to Baoyun Tower: In the Xihua Gate of the Forbidden City and west of Wuying Hall, there are three single Western-style buildings, which are Baoyun Tower. They were a temporary warehouse built by the Beiyang government at the time on the site of the original Xian'an Palace to store 230,000 precious cultural relics stored in the Forbidden City in Shenyang and the Chengde Summer Resort in Hebei Province. Today, the "Early Palace Museum History Exhibition (1925-1949)" and the Palace Museum's characteristic cultural and creative product display area are set up here. Part of the area will be used as a venue for cultural research and academic exchanges, and will be open to some audiences in a planned manner.
