Introduction to Yanxi Palace: One of the six eastern palaces, originally named Changshou Palace, it was the residence of concubines during the Ming and Qing dynasties. After the establishment of the Palace Museum, a new cultural relics warehouse was built here. The east wing building was turned into an ancient calligraphy and painting research center, the west wing building was turned into a ceramics research center, and an ancient ceramics testing and research laboratory was established in the middle building.
