Introduction to intermediate ski trails: There are 3 intermediate ski trails in Nanshan, with slopes of 17-18 degrees. The old intermediate trail opened in 2001 and is equipped with a double cable car. It was the cradle of a large number of earliest ski enthusiasts in Beijing. The new intermediate trail opened in 2003, equipped with a four-passenger cable car, and the west intermediate trail opened in 2007, equipped with a new four-passenger cable car. Since then, Nanshan has become the only ski resort in Beijing with three aerial cable cars and the most abundant intermediate ski areas.
